With this whole NSA thing. Specifically them “being interested in our phone calls”, I figured my timing was pretty good. Keep in mind that the EFF fights many cases simultaneously, but this is one that really upsets me. However, to the NSA’s credit, they are only interested in people connected to terrorists. All “10 million” of them.

 

    As far as standing up to the NSA, companies don’t have to give in like AT&T did. Qwest asked the NSA to go through a FISA court. The NSA refused because they said the court “may not agree with them”. Who needs a judicial branch anyway.
