No space for GarageBand?

Documentation:
As requested, I am working on documentation to clarify different aspects of GarageBand Anywhere. I will base the content on the help request emails that I have received. Online documentation will be released with the final version for iLife ’05.

Final version for iLife ’05:
I am preparing a final bug fixing release for iLife ’05. Everything will be universal from 5.0.2 on out for those intel people. It should also fix the following problems.
            1. iLife disk not recognized.
            2. Lost GarageBand documentation.
            3. Relative lack of documentation.

I will also be adding an Italian translation courtesy of Claudio Santucci.

GarageBand Anywhere is a tiny mac application that can save tons of space. It bypasses the previous requirement to install GarageBand on the boot drive. It is now possible to install on any drive, whether its a second partition, a FireWire drive or an iPod. GarageBand Anywhere can also move an installation if GarageBand is already installed.

About 43,000 people have already used GarageBand Anywhere.

GarageBand Anywhere was reviewed in Macworld Magazine! Some very good points made by Dan Frakes. Here is an excerpt:

If you’d like to be able to stick your GarageBand installation somewhere else, the easiest solution is David Hodge’s free GarageBand Anywhere 5.0.1 ( ). This nifty utility can either move your existing GarageBand installation to another volume or, using the iLife ’05 installation disc, install GarageBand directly to another volume.”
